  1. I tried doing this once but didn't freeze the cheese.. didn't turn out. Of course you have to freeze the cheese first! I knew I was forgetting something! Mozzarella sticks are my vice. SO YUMMY!!

    1. To be honest I don't think there's any way to do these wrong - the worst that's going to happen is that they'll ooze all over the place, which may not be as pretty but tastes just as good :) and actually they don't even last long enough to notice what they look like anyway!

  2. I love these sticks, they look sooo good, must be wonderful and creamy inside! And they are baked, not deep fried :-). And the tomato jam sounds very intriguing too. I have never tried anything like it, but it sounds simple enough to give it a shot. Thanks for sharing - great recipes!
